30 fresh strawberries
8 ounces Baker’s Premium White Chocolate Morsels chopped
1 teaspoon shortening
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 cup Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
Wash strawberries and smoothly pat with paper towels until completely dry. In a microwave-protective bowl, melt white chocolate at 50% power; stir until flat.
Soak strawberries in chocolate mixture and place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet; make sure the excess chocolate form the ghosts’ tails. Freeze for 5 minutes.
Melt the remaining chocolate chips and stir until stable. Draw two eyes and a mouth on every single ghost with a tooth pick dipping into melted chocolate. Freeze it.
